So for todays report I will just post Bill’s email from yesterday:

Hi Tom,
I had emailed you in the fall on my other msn email.  I have been riding in the UP the last couple of days. We are staying at Super 8 in Houghton. Tuesday morning  I rode to Copper Harbor and back on 17 and 3.  Trails were excellent the whole way.  Tuesday afternoon we rode to Mass on 3 and back and again the trails were excellent.  Finished the day with 200 miles.  Not too many sleds were out.
Wednesday we rode to Mass on 3 and then to Bergland on 13.  The first 20 miles of 13 were an absolute mess with 2 ft moguls.  Where 104 joined 13 things got great.  Rode to Lake of the Clouds on 1 and trails were outstanding.  My buddy hit 110 mph and I hit 106 on the drive up to Lake of the Clouds.  The 110 was with a Ski Doo 600 etec and mine is a Ski Doo 800 Etec. Then we rode back on trail 8.  The first 8 miles of trail 8 were great, then the snow got really thin for about 5 miles then the snow was good to where it intersected trail 3.  8 was smooth, just thin snow with gravel and snirt.  Trail 3 was great all the way back to Houghton.  Rode 225 miles for the day.  Bergland was crawling with sleds
Today we plan another trip to Copper with side trips to Eagle Harbor and Gay/LacLebelle.  Gotta load up tonite and head home early Friday.  71 and 72 year old bodies can only stand so much fun at a time.

And a Photo from my Wednesday night folks, Crystal Jean I hope you got the boys home safe.
