Below is what weather underground  is saying for the rest of tonight and tomorrow.  We have about 4″ of heavy wet snow on the ground already. LES could kick in.  We still need cold temps, right now it looks like it will not get above freezing until Thursday. That should finish freezing up the Lake.  The Root Cellar has new owners, I think you will like them a little better than the old owners. I bet they stay open later too.
